Description

Soudafoam 1K PU Foam Spray is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam widely used for insulation, sealing, and mounting applications. Unlike silica gel breather, which is a passive moisture absorber used primarily to protect transformers from humidity, Soudafoam provides active filling and sealing properties. It cures on contact with moisture in the air, expanding to fill gaps and cavities, offering excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Soudafoam 1K is environmentally friendly with CFC-free propellants, making it safe for the ozone layer. It adheres well to most surfaces except Teflon, PE, and PP, and remains stable without significant shrinkage or post-expansion. Typical uses include sealing window and door frames, filling cavities, and mounting insulation materials. It also creates soundproof layers and improves energy efficiency by preventing heat loss.
